| If you are interested in having a GDND Academy dance club, be it after school/lunchtime club or during P.E, please contact us and we will get back to you with further information on how we can run the club for your school – we take care of all admin for the classes. | |
| Why choose dance? | |
| Dancing is a form of exercise that can benefit the body both aerobically and anaerobically. If moves are learned and performed correctly, you can increase muscle strength and flexibility. Dance also helps with coordination and within all of our classes we aim to help boost our pupil’s confidence and self-esteem! IDTA examinations as well as our on stage performance opportunities can also be offered to pupils attending our dance clubs. | |
